Sorting & Decluttering

•       Decluttering prior to your move, helping you decide with confidence what comes with you

•       Disposal of surplus items through sale, donation, or delivery to family and friends

•       Rubbish removal

Cleaning

•       Internal pre-sale and pre-settlement cleaning, including carpet, tile and grout cleaning

•       External high-pressure cleaning of hard surfaces

Getting the New Place Ready

•       Handyman jobs and garden tidy-ups

•       Television and art hanging

The Practical Details

•       Confidential document destruction

•       Assisting with changes of utilities (electricity, internet) and mail redirection

•       Organising short and long term storage, if required

•       Liaising with your retirement operator on move-related items, if requested

Estate Clearance Services

Clearing a family home can bring up more than boxes. The process brings up old memories, hard choices, and a lot to carry at once. We step in with the same care we'd want for our own family, so you don't have to face it alone. This can include:

•       Sorting and packing personal items, paperwork and household items

•       Collating an inventory of key possessions, if required

•       Organising the sale of unwanted items
